How to Register

Register online through our conference management system. You may use your existing account on our system, or create one if you have not previously created or used one to submit / review papers, or organize sessions. Payments are processed through PayPal. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) are accepted.

Upon registering, you will be given the opportunity to select dietary restrictions from a list, or to make a special request for accommodation.

Relevant Information

Student Rate Requirements and Qualifications:

Attendee must be a current student at a University to get a student rate. Students are required to present a proof of student status.

Presenting Authors:

You are entitled to present up to two papers on which you are listed as an author. Only an author of a paper is permitted to present that paper.

Dietary Requirements

Please identify your dietary requirements during the registration process so that we can make arrangements in advance.

Insurance and Liability

Participants take part in FIV 2018 at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements. The Organizing Committee, and/or its agents, will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss, damages or accidents during the Conference. In the event that, for whatever reason, the Conference has to be canceled or postponed, the Organizing Committee, and/or its agents, will be responsible only for refund of monies received. We recommend that delegates insure themselves for medical and cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy

An administration fee of 35% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before

May 30, 2018. No refunds can be made for any cancellations received after May 30, 2018.

All refunds due will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat ([email protected]) by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

Visa

If you need an invitation letter for a visa, please send us your passport number, full name and the name of your company and we will provide you with an invitation letter.
